Outserts secured with one or more non-permanent glue dots can be excellent processed on high-capacity packaging lines. Such outserts are very compact and of small final size and can be attached directly on the bottle or can of pills and do not need any folded housing box or are combined with the final product to fit into a folded housing box.

FUNCTIONS – MV 11

By means of one HMI-touch control you can adjust the whole MV-processing line with the folding knives, presses and vertical stacker. It controls the production flow like speed, side lay, counter and passage control. Available as single-, double-, or triple knife system. Special pressing after every knife folding mechanism.

NOTES

Automatic double sheet detection with ejector device separates the sheets in case of a fault.

FEEDER
Available with either R6 round pile
or FL3 flat pile feeder.

ROUND PILE FEEDER
The continuous feeder can deliver sheets up to 144 cm of length. The built-in suction roller is equipped with adjustable suction parts.

COMBINATION FOLDING POCKETS
Brand new combination folding pockets with position indicator, integrated sheet deflector and ultra-fine adjustment. Integrated pocket stops. No wear, no static electrification.

FOLDING KNIVES
Especially designed for producing thick inserts, outserts and for high output when running at the highest folding speed.

WATER SCORING
Prevents the cracking of the products’ back while folding multiple times. Minimal and precise application by electronically controlled water jets.

PRESSES
Flat and compact packing of the outsert for best quality and adhesion after closing with special press and integrated glueing.

CONTROL UNITS
HHS-XCAM controls the water grooving, code reading and ejection device functions. The GUK-main control L4 with touch screen display controls all functions at the feeder, Station I and II. With passage control fold monitoring and ejection of double sheets.
