Head for standard or loop stitching

With its two-stroke operation this stitching head fits on automatic bindery flow stations and on machines where the volumes are high and demanding.

• Well arranged with operator friendly and very fast central adjustment of stitching thickness and wire length

• Patented cutting system for optimum wire cutting, for thick and hard print products

Universal stitching

• max. booklet thickness: 20 mm
• min. staple spacing depending on the thickness of the booklet:

0 – 3 mm = 70 mm
5 mm = 72 mm
10 mm = 80 mm
15 mm = 90 mm
20 mm = 100 mm

• length of the staple spine 14 mm
• processing without replacing parts:

for round wire

for flat wire
