CtP processless plate dedicated for UV, UV-H, LED-UV print (up to 30.000 copies). Negative offset plate. Non-ablative. High chemical resistant. Coating sensitive to infrared diode laser (IR) 800 – 850 nm. For sheetfed, cold-set and UV application. Run lentgh up to 200.000 copies for coldset/heatse, up to 100.000 copies for conventional inks, up to 50.000 for Packaging application without UV, up to 30.000 copies for UV inks. Laser energy required 150 mJ/cm2. Screen reproduction: 1 – 99% @ 200 lpi. Stochastic raster 20 microns.

The machine has been designed and manufactured to apply tapes with semi-automatic feeder with working width 2200 mm especially for corrugated market and forex materials.

The machine glues the corners of rigid boxes by thermo-adhesive tape. It allows to produce strong and top quality boxes, ready to be wrapped.
