DetailsPIT STOP FM High Speed is the highest performing PIT STOP to date, with a maximum production speed up to 14,000 sheets per hour. Performance possible thanks to the new “DIRECT DRIVE” system, patented by the Bacciottini Group. A range of punching tools are manufactured by Bacciottini Group for the PIT STOP FM High Speed for wiro binding and calendar punching including a “thumb cut” tool and two or four hole drill punching.
DetailsThe PIT STOP D2H High Speed has the same specification as the FM High Speed with the patented “DIRECT DRIVE” system, color touch screen and quick change tooling with the addition of a second head. The second head is in parallel to the first head with the tool operating from the bottom rather than the top.
DetailsThe folding unit BUTTERFLY Easy 2 Fold is mounted on wheels for easy positioning behind the creasing and perforating machine. The two parallel folds are performed by special knife units that allow sheets up to 450 g.s.m. to be folded without distortion to the sheet even if folding against the grain. An operator friendly color touch screen display is conveniently positioned for easy setup with many pre-programmed folding layouts. There is a pulsed delivery belt with pressing roller to ensure reliable and consistent shingling of the finished product.
